In women's professional 9ball pool games, should the 9-ball be placed on the foot spot when racking the balls, where the one ball is supposed to be?
A:
No. At least when it comes to racking the balls, Women's Professional Billiard Association 9-ball rules are the same as Billiards Congress of America 9-ball rules, i.e. the 9-ball in the center and the 1-ball on the foot spot.
